- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are custom, based on your needs. Per hour, per project, or retainer. Business owners are receiving many daily sales calls from so many sales reps all saying they have the best product or service for you. It's important to have a resource in your back pocket to call up for questions, advice or direction at anytime
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Nothing can be done without first listening to your needs, challenges and infrastructure. I also delve into your competition to see where your special niche and value propositions lie. We work in partnership to devise the best plan customized tor you. My follow through and attention to detail is top notch and I enjoy putting success stories into terms that can be understood and communicated. I believe in celebrating wins and have fun! There are no dumb questions, it's an educational process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the digital and integrated media space for over 20 years, starting in Silicon Valley. I have been in Management roles for digital in radio, television, newspapers and magazines, as well as in New York City as Regional Digital Director for Trip.com before they sold to Cheap Tickets. They didn't teach this in college, and even now, what students learn, is outdated in six months. Technology is changing faster now than ever. It is imperative to stay ahead of the game with a strong network in a variety of digital platforms and strategies.
