Miranda was willing to work with my requests for pictures of my large family and multiple groups of people to have their pictures taken. She fit into my family right away and was adored by my 5 year old granddaughter. From the digital pictures to pick from the quality was excellent. Absolutely amazing!! I have 2 younger kids and Miranda was fantastic with them. She totally worked with them and we felt no pressure to get the kids to stay still. The amount of pictures taken was incredible, as well. We had plenty of options to choose from and the quality was amazing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices include suggestions on attire, expertise and post editing. Taxes not included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a call to discuss the session in detail so that I can provide my best service for each client.
After the date is set, I contact the client a few days prior to the session for confirmation.
If any questions need to be answered this is great time to do so.
A week after the session the client will receive a link to their online viewing gallery where they will choose the photos to be edited.
2-3 weeks is when the client can expect their images to be ready for download via a link.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took two photography classes in college and then taught myself everything else I know.
