CIA classes on a yearly basis- I am a culinary Instructor so I teach the classes and have to be current in all aspects.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am blessed with the chef gene!!! I am a very passionate chef who has a wonderful sense of how to cook. Have worked in the best kitchens in the world and served everyone with satisfaction above and beyond.
