Sean worked with me and the Copper Leaf Creative team for about 15 months. He was stellar at keeping me accountable. He brought a fresh perspective on everything from reviewing our basic business fundamentals to off-the-wall brainstorming. Meet with Sean. If you two jive and have a positive constructive energy together, I strongly recommend working with him and Colorado Coaching Company.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I believe this is a great question to help differentiate coaches. I am a consummate learner. Right now I am enrolled into a product creation program and an Experts Academy. This provides me an opportunity to learn new ways to help my clients create and promote products, position themselves as experts and create joint venture partnerships. I am always taking classes, attending workshops and reading as a way to stay ahead and help my clients.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Talk to a few coaches. Find a good fit. Ask the coach what their style of coaching is, what type of guarantee they offer, and who their coach or mentor is. Ask a coach about their training. There is a big difference between someone that has gone through a certified training and someone that bought into a franchise and only knows one way. A good coach can help someone like themselves or someone that fits into their "proven model", but a great coach is able to help anyone and will tap into many resources in order to get the desired results.
