Introduction: Unlike my competitors I am not in this for the money, I am in it to help small businesses and non-profit organizations get the right security for the right price. I would rather take a loss, then to make a profit in order to ensure that my client's got the full service and protection they deserve. I also have no problems with openly telling a client if I can't provide them with the right services they need and turning down a contract that I couldn't properly commit to.
I like knowing that when the day is done, another small business or non-profit has been taken care of and better protected by someone who is not out to simply make a profit.
