Ron was more than punctual, he came in quite early. He was professional and knowledgeable. He asked about my furnace issue and diagnosed the problem. He took care of it pretty quick. So far so good, no complaints from me. He made some great suggestions about how to maintain furnace performance and keep up with maintenance. I definitely would call him again if any new issues were to arise with my HVAC system.
