- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial consultation and we define the scope of work required by the customer. Once we have a clearly defined scope of work we provide our proposal and pricing to the customer. Our proposal will include services provided and a timeline for each service. If the customer agrees to the proposal we go ahead and begin the services.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We find the best way forward on marketing services is to have a clearly defined end goal. Without a goal it can be hard to create a strategy or measure the success of marketing campaigns. We do not require a specific goal from our customers and in fact we can help to define and create a goal for you. However, without a goal marketing can be a waste of capital and we want to make sure our customers get the most value out of our services.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is the goal you are looking to achieve? What are the metrics that can be measured to indicate success or failure? Do you have a realistic timeline and budget to achieve your goal? Have you put together a near-term and long-term timeline for your marketing and website?
