John and team were AMAZING! They refinished our 100+ year old floors (and replaced some of the unsalvageable boards). They also redid the stairs to our basement which look incredible now! We have a piano that weighs a million pounds and they had no issues moving it while staying mindful of the floors.
They did a great job taping up their areas and keeping dust and debris out of the areas that weren't being finished. The team was extremely nice and professional to work with - providing advice and guidance where needed. After the work was done John even came back, free of additional charge, to replace a few boards where a 100+ yr old mark was still coming through after staining and finish. He didn’t have to do this, but he did knowing how important a seamless transition from the foyer to the living room was to me. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to get floors sanded, stained, replaced, or anything of that nature.

Charly's Hardwood was fantastic to work with and we recommend them without any reservation. They were professional, honest, fair, and excellent craftsmen. Donovan was great to work with! He was very responsive to all of our questions and accommodating of all of our requests. We were comfortable leaving them with access to the home for a week as they replaced the floors. They did the job on-time and on-budget and the floors look great! We would absolutely work with them again if we need any hardwoodflooring work done in the future.
