- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every window is priced individually. We are locally owned and operated. This means no corporate overhead or franchise royalties to pay. We will give you an honest no games price. Forget those deceiving discounts, rebates or coupons. We give you the best price on the top brands you know and trust without trickery. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate on the phone, or through email, to get to know our customer and what they are looking for. This allows us to then make the in-home consultation a personalized appointment. At the consultation we will show the customer samples and get measurements. We then give the customer a detailed estimate. We will always follow up as well to answer questions. When the client is ready to move forward we will give a contract with all the details to sign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of New View Blinds & Shutters have extensive training from the manufacturers and we are certified installers for the products we carry. We also attend bi-annual new product training with Hunter Douglas.
