I needed to have a new web site designed for my business. I spoke with Cindy about it and found her very willing to work with my time schedule. She asked lots of questions in order to gain clarity on what I was looking for. Then she made several proposals to again be sure that she understood what I was looking for and to make sure that I was sure of what I said I wanted/needed. She worked with every detail on every page making multiple alterations according to my desires to see different alternatives. We finally focused on a final approach and she was able to complete the project in less time than I required. I was and still am very pleased with the product. I was also very pleased with Cindy's approach, creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, professional approach and her desire to make sure I was totally satisfied.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have a firm idea of the content you want to present. What does YOUR customer need to know? Who are they? You will have different graphics for older/conservative clients than if your customers are young and liberal. Make their time worthwhile with quality content that helps them refine their search and find quickly whether YOU can help them.
