- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100.00 per hourly basis. We have the capacity to serve the entire state of Colorado. Veterans and retired military are offered discounted rates for consultations and design work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation, design and project management. CONSULTATION is typically face-to-face at the property and some of the consultation comprises discussion of the questions below in "What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?" The majority of the conversation is walking the property and discovering your 'wish list' (wants and needs) to the project. We will discuss specifics of DESIGN and if, or to what extent, architectural plans may be required. Should design be considered or required per the project scope of work, we will propose that option at the initial consultation. We will procure and manage each stage of drawings required to complete the project to all local implementation agency requirements e.g. structural, electrical, plumbing and soils engineering. PROJECT MANAGEMENT services are offered to support the build process from permitting to project close-out. Reducing liability for you before, during and after the build has been completed by assuring insurances, licenses, safety policies and terms and conditions of the contract are implemented, understood and enforced. We are your personal advocate from beginning to end so that you don't have to 'figure it out' along the way which is timely and costly.
