This summer I realized how out of shape I'd allowed myself to get after undergoing major abdominal surgery seven months ago so I decided to look for a personal trainer. Jessica with 7480 Personal Training assured me she could help me achieve my goals which were to tone up my muscles, work on my balance, become more flexible, and have more confidence when walking and hiking. Jessica assessed where I was physically on my first appointment and then developed a training plan perfectly suited for me. After two months training with her, I found my flexibility, balance, and confidence returning. She has also helped me with my fibromyalgia pain by showing me how to release trigger points in my feet, hips, shoulders and back. Going into my third month of training I see a difference already in my muscle tone and core strength. I highly recommend 7480 Personal Training with Jessica if you're serious about wanting to get in shape, lose weight, or just feel more confident about yourself. She even helped me develop an exercise program I can use at home to maintain my results. Jessica is completely professional and yet totally fun to work with! I've been working with Jessica since October 2016. I was extremely impressed by Jessica's ability to listen to my goals and develop a plan to meet those goals. She created both a food plan and exercise plan to get me moving and consistently modifies the plans based upon my progress. Since starting with these plans, I've dropped a total of 10% body fat and gained so much muscle that I feel like a youngster again. I'm proud to take my shirt off at the pool again! All I can say is THANK YOU Jessica for all of your coaching and planning, you are a great motivator and I always look forward to seeing you for our coaching sessions (even though I don't act like it, HAHA!) As you can tell I'm moving in the right direction and will be ready for my first physique show in the fall.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My regular pricing is $59 an hour session. Partner training is $50 a session. Meal plans are $150. I do offer loyalty discounts and referral credits. I also offer discounts for military and Law enforcement personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New customers will be taken through a series of assessments that allows me to know more about your background with exercise, injury and personal preferences. Knowing your goals helps me design your program. Next I walk you through a couple movement assessments that allow me to determine if there are specific areas such as balance or muscle imbalances that need specific attention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am ACE (American Counsel on Exercise) certified. I have additional training to specialize in TRX, VIPR, Nutrition, and strength training in older adults. I have experience working with all different types of the population and have references from elderly to competitors.
