MJ has been so helpful in listening to what I aimed to achieve. I sought her out specifically with the objective to remain fit and mobile while concurrently rehabilitating a hip arthroscopy; my goals have been at the centre of our work together. She has carefully explained the programs to me each step of the way. I’ve learned fundamental principles which I can then build upon. This has also allowed me to stay challenged and interested in the process. I have found MJ’s coaching style great – friendly and supportive. In particular, her positive attitude has helped me build confidence in my training. She’s really helped me stay focused and motivated. I would definitely recommend MJ as a Personal Trainer. She’s extremely approachable in her interpersonal style and incredibly knowledgeable. She is also great in providing advice and a range of supplementary resources to support the training program.

To work with MJ is a delight. She is caring, very knowledgeable and very motivating. She has helped me in many ways but what you can’t place a number on is how much confidence I have regained since working with her.
