- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is custom-built to fit your story, scope, and goals. We don’t use one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, we walk through your needs in a discovery call, then build a tailored proposal that outlines deliverables, timeline, and investment. We aim to produce videos that exceed expectations while remaining accessible for nonprofits, churches, and mission-driven businesses. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due at delivery before usage rights are transferred. Additional revision rounds or deliverables can be added at a flat rate if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a short discovery call. We’ll talk through your goals, scope, timeline, and any ideas you already have. From there, we send a customized proposal. Once it’s approved, we move into creative planning as needed—this can include scriptwriting, storyboarding, and production prep. Every project moves through various pre-production, production, and post-production stages, but no two stories follow the same path. We keep you in the loop every step of the way, with up to three rounds of revisions included and final delivery in all the formats you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While most of what we do has been refined through hands-on experience, we also invest in ongoing learning—everything from technical camera training and editing certifications to storytelling workshops, sound design intensives, and color grading courses. Our focus has always been on telling stories beautifully and effectively.
