I wanted to let you know how our new video was doing. We put it on our homepage of our website and the response has been overwhelmingly positive - better than I could have imagined! It has done that but also added a few components I had not expected. Along with our online reviews on Yelp and Google, it has become sort of an independent endorsement of our business model. Customers tell me they bought a car based on our reputation and the information that we conveyed in the video. They like walking in the door and recognizing the faces from the video. That creates a sense of trust and familiarity when they walk into a new environment - especially helpful when that environment is an auto dealership. Your patience with "video novices" was appreciated, your design input was spot-on, and the editing made for a perfectly sincere promotion of our company. The video has been hugely beneficial and I just wanted to thank you! We will be doing more videos soon!

I hired Britt for an all day run and gun shoot and he was outstanding! He took initiative to get the best shot in every circumstance, while still understanding our time constraints. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is typically based on a day rate. So, how many days do we estimate it will take to complete the project? That is balanced with the customers budget. I look for a win-win for both parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with finding out the customers vision of the project and desires. Then I estimate how many days will it take to complete the project. We land on a budget and move forward from there. There are two major aspects to video production. Production = Filming. Post Production = Editing. The editing has 4 phases: -content cut (what is being said/spoken) -music score (brings out the feeling for each chapter) -broll (the visuals of the footage or photos, etc) -titles and graphics
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always learning new camera technology, software, social media, etc. And I have become a FAA licensed UAS (unmanned aerial systems) operator. i.e.: drone pilot.
