We had our plumbing backing up in our basement. I needed it taken care of that day and Kaleb immediately responded that he would come by in the late afternoon. He was responsive, took care of troubleshooting the main line and then moved onto the toilet and shower in the basement. He was able to clear the lines and get us back up and running efficiently and made a big difference. I had not used him before, but will again.

I hired Kaleb @ FloWorks Plumbing to fix some issues in my bathroom and replace my water heater, and I couldn't be happier. Kaleb removed a series of SharkBite fittings from my shower lines and replaced them with proper, permanent connections, which gives me a lot more peace of mind. He also handled the water heater replacement efficiently, ensuring everything was up to code. Professional, clean, and the quality of the work is top-tier. We called Kaleb at the recommendation of a friend after getting a quote from a big company for a spot repair for $7000. Kaleb was able to quote the same work for $5000. Very, very fortunately for us the repair ended up not being needed and they were able to clear the blockage without a spot repair! Thankful for Kaleb and his timeliness and honesty, and for his subcontractor Ryan who was able to clear the blockage before a spot repair was needed!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a thorough on boarding. We ask our customers to reach out to schedule a time for our skilled technician to come and diagnose your issue. We offer free onsite estimates and will present a long term solution at that time. We offer a warranty on most of our services so long support and peace of mind is there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did 4 years of schooling while I was doing on the job training. Completed the program with Emily Griffith. I have continued plumbing for 13 years.
