- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a thorough on boarding. We ask our customers to reach out to schedule a time for our skilled technician to come and diagnose your issue. We offer free onsite estimates and will present a long term solution at that time. We offer a warranty on most of our services so long support and peace of mind is there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did 4 years of schooling while I was doing on the job training. Completed the program with Emily Griffith. I have continued plumbing for 13 years.
