Brock is exceptional. We’ve worked with Brock on multiple projects, and each time we are thrilled with his work. He is professional, provides quality work, is hard working, goes above and beyond, is pricing is fair, we trust him implicitly and will continue to both hire him and refer him to friends and neighbors. We feel incredibly lucky to have met Brock, and we know that for each project he works on for us it will be done right. He is always our first and only phone call we make when we need something done. From assembling our gym equipment, to hanging our oversized mirrors in our home gym, to installing our home theater, to picking up & assembling my 500 lb garden bench, to moving furniture from one residence to another, to installing storage systems in our garage, Brock has reliably been there for our family again and again.

You can tell Mr. Swain has a passion for the work he does. He is so organized. First thing Ihe did was prepared all his tools on two right foot tables.
He is fast, efficient, and pays a lot of attention to detail. He makes sure all parts have a home.
When Mr. Swain completed the job, you could not even tell he was. Except for the beautiful gazebo that was sitting in our yard. I was so impressed that I later called him during the Christmas season to hang the lights on my home. He not only did the house but, the yard with music, plus the tree lights with the rhythm.
Totally Impress, you don't fine these kind of worker very often.

I wanted Brock to give me a bid on a gazebo project. He told me he wanted to come on out and look at the project. He was punctual and broke apart boxes to count all parts for the assembly and read the instructions, Then gave me a bid And told me not to be afraid of getting other bids. When I called him and told him that I was going to except his bid he told me he wouldn’t be able to start for another two weeks. Just over a week later he called and said he could start earlier, we agreed and again he was punctual. After explaining how the sun will rise and set across the sky, we configured exactly the placement of the gazebo. Whatever materials he needed he bought and then gave me the receipts for repayment. it took him four days and after he cleaned up all debris’s from the project. He suggested a lattice to some of the posts And different climbing vines with minimal maintenance, all in all he did a great job

I cannot stress enough how great Brock is! It’s so hard finding service that does the job RIGHT. He’s thorough. He over communicates. He’s honest. There was on part that was broken upon delivery and he pointed it out and gave suggestions on what to do next. I referred his service to several of my friends and they all have positive things to say about him. If you hire him, you will not be disappointed!
