Introduction: I offer all aspects of personal and small group training and wellness coaching, including phone, web and in-person consultations, seminar development and delivery. Some of the methods I use are mat Pilates and boot camps, BOSU, Phisioball, medicine balls, TRX, RIPcord training, kettlebells, and more! I also have a higher credential in corrective exercise, so I do a lot of post-physical therapy rehabilitation, kinesiotaping and massage therapy, including orthopedic and Thai massage.

I was initially in Karen's group classes and have been doing weekly personal training sessions for the last four months. Karen has a broad range of sports experience and a wealth of training knowledge. I was initially wanted work on my golf swing and she was a single digit handicapper. I later wanted to do weigh lifting and she had been a competitive lifter. Karen has continually changed my workouts as I have progressed and really pushes me across a broad range of full body exercises. Be prepared to work hard, but I fully recommend.

Karen is a very qualified professional who listens to your concerns and works on specific areas of your body per your issues. She is very thorough and provides an excellent experience. Highly recommend her!!!!!

I called Karen with severe neck pain, lower back pain and a flare up of plantar facilities. My neck was hurting, my feet were killing me and I had a general feeling of being blocked and stuck. Not only did she address every issue I came in with, she fit me into her schedule that day! Thanks to Karen I feel in balance and can already sense the healing starting to rev up. I am, at ease. Best ever! Will be back soon and also getting a gift certificate for my husband.
