My husband and I went to Ms. Cypser when we received a note from the IRS staying we may have missed some money in our refund. We brought our return which had previously been prepared by a chain company, and within 24 hours she had reviewed out return and found a large sum of money that had been missed. We are beyond pleased with her timeliness, communication and attention to detail!

Darlene was very responsive and willing to explain, in detail, our options responding to someone trying to sue us for their perceived ownership to our copyrighted materials. Needless to say, "they" backed down due to her efforts.
