Jason and the team at Lasting Exteriors did an excellent job on our home. They completed new house siding along with window and screen replacement, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Scheduling and communication were clear and reliable, and they were especially helpful communicating with our insurance company, which made the process much easier. The crew was professional, completed the work as promised, and did a great job cleaning up once everything was finished. Were very happy with the results and would highly recommend Lasting Exteriors!

The project could not be put off any longer. I had watched the soffits, fascia, and gutters, on the 75 year old apartment building that own, deteriorate for the last 15 years. If I waited any longer permanent damage might be done to the bld. Installing soffits and fascia is not rocket science.its basic carpentry. However, installing new fascia and soffits, with some of the newest and most durable materials, does require product specific knowledge of those materials and how should be installed. After extensive research of the modern day composite materials I settled on Diamond Kote. This composite material requires no owner maintenance (e.g. painting) and is guaranteed by the manufacturer for 50 years. Lasting Exteriors was one of 3 companies that I sought bids from for this project. One of the three companies withdrew from the bidding process due to his lack of knowledge regarding Diamond Kote products. After carefully screening the remaining companies it became apparent that Lasting Exteriors was the most knowledgeable and had the most experience in working with composite materials. It is noteworthy that their bid was almost $4K less than their counterparts! On the agreed upon day, the materials were delivered and a large roll off dumpster and a porta-potty was dropped off. Lasting Exteriors professional installers began work the next day. The installation team were at the jobsite promptly at 7:30 am every day and often worked until 6:00 pm. The installers were polite and professional and left the job site free of debris at the end of each work day. Throughout the installation process project manager Jason VanRemortel visited the jobsite daily and made himself available via phone or e-mail anytime I had questions or concerns. Every aspect of this project was completed as promised and on schedule. My new soffits, fascia and gutters have made my 75 year old apartment building stunningly beautiful. I absolutely love my new deck. The railing looks even better than I expected and the visibility is awesome. Jason worked with me while I fought with Jeffco to get approval and had to change plans several times. While Jeffco denied my original larger deck, what we were able to do is beautiful.
