I contacted a whole bunch of lawyers about my case, and out of all of them Loren was the best. He had some great, creative ideas about the case, even just in the initial consultation. Unfortunately, I ended up going with someone else. I lost and am now a convicted felon. I really regret not choosing Loren; I strongly believe if I would have things would have turned out much better. He was very helpful. Even calling him up afterwards and asking about an appeal, he still remembered me (months later) and once again was very helpful. Even though I never paid him a dime, he is probably the best and most helpful lawyer with whom I ever have consulted. Give him a call and see if he can help you.

My experience with this law firm and Attorney Katelyn Ridenour was outstanding. From the first meeting I knew I had chosen the right firm and the right attorney.     Can you tell me if I have a case against my mortgage company for mishandling my loan modification. I am aware that chase was given quite a bit of money from the government to help people in my situation. However, what they did is string me along in foreclosure status until I eventually lost my home. My home was worth approximately 650,000 and it was foreclosed on from my home owners association due to non payment of dues. The reason the dues had not been paid was because I have been in foreclosure for approximately 7 years. Yes, 7 years! I had been working with chase bank to modify my loan and save my house from foreclosure. knowing every month could be my last month in my home I stopped paying home owners dues. I had submitted the same paperwork countless times, and jumped through every hoop they wanted me to. Finally, I was granted a pre trial modification agreement a little over a year ago, which I completed successfully over a year ago. I still did not receive my modification until the day after my home was foreclosed on from my home owners association again a year and a half after successful completion of my trial modification agreement. I believe the reason I finally got the modification was because I refused to do the paperwork again that they were trying to force me to do. To little to late! I had invested everything I had into that home. I have recordings of them telling me "yes, your all approved from two years ago only to have them ask for the same paperwork over and over again. I went to the foreclosure auction date 2 or 3 times and each time they would stop it and continue to work with me but do nothing for me. Myron D. Cobb
