Good communication, knowledgable, prompt and courteous people. Billy and his team were a pleasure to work with. I would be comfortable recommending their services to anyone in need of indoor or outdoor plumbing work. And we negotiated a price and stuck to it. Our basement pipes froze this winter. I called Billy in the morning when I heard them burst, and within hours he was finished and I had running water with no leaks. Extremely knowledgable, very diligent and hilarious at the same time! I would strongly suggest anyone needing any plumbing services, use Billy Tanner!!!!
