- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour and recommend 3 to 4+ hour sessions for bigger projects to allow us to dig in and really get some work done. Any supplies that I purchase to help with your project are passed on to you at cost and invoiced separately. Military veterans receive a 10% discount off regular hourly rate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we chat on the phone about your needs, we can either set up a free virtual or in home consultation or simply schedule a time to jump right in and get started. Either way, I'll evaluate your space, create an action plan and design a maintenance system that will be easy for you to follow.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a daughter of a hoarder I have chosen to reach out and help people live a better life by helping them declutter and organize their homes. Understanding why people have excessive clutter and disorganization allows me to be patient and compassionate when I work alongside them to help make their living space more efficient and inviting.
