Steve has done work for us in three areas, siding (including window sealant repair), exterior painting, and concrete driveway/front porch replacement.
Each project was done WELL beyond our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and Unique Builders (in fact I already have).

Steve and company replaced our 22 year old concrete driveway. It turns out that the builder laid down the concrete right on top of the native clay soil. That no doubt accounted for all the lifting issues we had. Steve's guys did it the right way, bringing in road base to put on top of the native soil, compacting that, and then laying down the concrete. Outstanding work. Very happy.

We hired Steve to draw our existing home for an upcoming planned remodel and addition to the main building on our property. The job was very complex with all our wishlist and needs.Steve walked us through what would be required and what the process would look like. We were able to see several different options through his renderings and really get a realistic feel for what it would really look like. After being able to see his virtual walkthrough of our final choices we were very confident in our decisions. We were then able to bid out the entire project with professional construction documents with great accuracy from the beginning. We would highly recommend Steven for any Architectural plans and renderings needed in order to start your project the right way.

Working with Unique Perspective was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Steve helped bring our vision to life by creating the architectural plans and as-built drawings for our home, and his expertise truly made the entire process seamless. His attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge were exceptional. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and transformed our ideas into beautifully organized, well-designed plans. We were incredibly impressed with his communication, creativity, and ability to make everything feel simple and stress-free.If you are looking for someone talented, reliable, and highly skilled in architectural planning and residential design, I cannot recommend him enough. We absolutely work with him again in the future.
