Tyler was so super helpful!! Very easy to understand and very kind in his process. I had a PC issue and I was very confused and didn't know what to do. I am really happy I messaged him when I did. Very responsive, super attentive and just overall very nice. Sometimes it can be hard to find someone who takes me seriously in the tech field because I'm a girl. Not being met with a "did you try turning it off and on again" but instead actually listening to the problem at hand was SO refreshing and productive. Highly recommend!!
