Picture Hanging and Art Installation
The frame hanging system (suggested by the tech sent to our house) failed, the artwork crashed to the ground two weeks later, and the frame was destroyed. Extremely disappointed!!Jan 27, 2016VerifiedChris's Low Voltage's reply
This install was a catch 22 as it was a tile wall and the client did not want any holes in the wall. I used heavy duty velcro tape all the way around the frame. When I mounted it, I tested the strength by pulling on it all the way around the frame and it was pretty well attached, so I am surprised that this fell off the wall. I use this same tape to mount cable boxes and other aux devices to the back of TV's and have never had an issue. I am sorry about this. This is the first time that I had heard about this.
Chris came by yesterday to run my coax cable thru the conduit on my fireplace. He did a phenomenal job and actually corrected an issue with my tv mount that was installed by another company. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and a definite people person.Jun 26, 2020Verified
Home Theater System Installation or Replacement
Chris installed an extended articulating tv wall mount with power cords concealed in the wall. Looks great! Price was reasonable and Chris was great to work with! Highly recommend.Jun 4, 2020Verified
Chris was competent and completed the work requested to my satisfaction. However, unfortunately Chris was not the most professional in the way he conducted business. Failed to provide a statement of work as requested by me to ensure we were aligned on what was being done. Left the job without cleaning up all the debris all over the place that was left behind from cutting into walls/etcs. Left gaps in the walls where he installed outlet plates that he had to come back out (at my request) to repair.May 8, 2020Verified
Chris was knowledgeable, prepared and exactly what I was looking for when I wanted someone to help hang my TV on my brick fireplace. I would highly recommend and would hire him again.Jun 15, 2020Verified

Graduated from school with a degree in electronics in the top 5% of my class, love electronics and technology. Am a Parade of Homes winner and a Thumbtack Top Pro.
