FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with a free no-obligation consultation to determine if there is a fit with the sort of work we perform. Provided it is a good fit, we proceed to the planning phase where we provide actual paid-for services such as scripting, graphic design or app development. Provide the plan is right, we then proceed to final production. We establish logical milestones along the way so that if course corrections are necessary, we do not have huge budget outlays. If changes are necessary that would involve fees in addition to what was already paid for, then we prepare a change authorization so we all know where we stand at any given point. We prefer a pay-in-stages process so that we are compensated for work complete and you are not charged ahead of time for work that is not in the immediate stage of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began video training with Videomasters in 1994, and have continued with not only their ongoing training but the award of their Legal Videographer certification. We have also trained with Visionary Legal Technologies for live deposition taping. I have attended a number of other courses and seminars on the subjects of video production, video lighting, video editing, desktop and internet video production.
