Hello I’m Jake with Jake’s all seasons hvac LLC and I’m a local small business owner and 1 man operation all fees are waved and ALL my work is backed by a warranty including parts and labor!! I have over 13 years of experience and I don’t mind helping customers out by doing a buy a tune up and get a tune up free either! I’m licensed insured and certified and I run my company the same way I live my life with integrity, honesty, and respect. I wouldn’t do anything to anyone else that I wouldn’t want someone to do to me or my family. I don’t overcharge or do pressure sales. I come by fix the issue, Tell them what’s wrong, Explain to them what I’m doing. What needs to be done and then they get to choose what they wanna do so I basically put myself in the customers shoes and that's how you stay in business and get repeat business. I do humidifier service or repair or installation, I work on AC, furnace, water heaters, mini-split, swamp coolers, boilers, heat pumps fire places, i do a lot of drain repairs and plumbing repairs as well as fixing any kind of leaks with water, gas or carbon monoxide leaks and I do not try to sell you anything you don’t need and show you proof of everything I do and say plus Im available 24/7 and will come to you whenever you’re available. I’m honest, reliable, hard-working, and only will do Whatever is in my customer’s best interests. So choose me and know your issue is gonna get fixed and fixed correctly and in a timely manner at a decent price.

Jake’s All Season HVAC LLC did an excellent job for us. They installed our mini-split, fixed our heating system, and replaced our boiler. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the process. Everything was done properly and they made sure the systems were working perfectly before finishing the job. I had a mixed experience with Jake. The A/C in my rental apartment in downtown Denver was blowing hot air. He was very polite & fixed the issue in a timely manner for a fair price. We also talked about replacing some parts in the the near future. Jake completed his work on a Saturday afternoon, but by Sunday morning my tenant discovered a leak caused by Jake not reconnecting a hose properly. I called him & he said he wasn't planning on working that day, so I had to make it "worth it" for him to come back. He charged me even more money for those parts replacements which he completed after fixing the leak he caused (which he technically didn't charge me for). He had to make the trip from Co. Springs & stop to get supplies so it took about 3 hours (it was still leaking). The original issue got resolved, some parts got replaced & he cleaned up the leak. But everything wound up taking a lot more time, money, stress, & effort than anticipated.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts, military, senior, and customers that gets me jobs. I give FREE hvac services discounts!! Buy a service get a service for FREE same day too!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call me or I call them I find out what's going on and then set a time to come out which is usually same day and then I come out find out what the issue is and ill let the customer know what the issue is and the cost to fix it and once they agree ill get the part I need and do the job and fix the issue and once done I'll do a free carbon monoxide leak test and a gas leak test to make sure there’s no harmful chemicals anywhere in the house flowing through the vents and once that’s done I’ll put everything on an invoice and send it to the customer and then they can choose however they wanna pay me cash, credit debit or check.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my hvac degree, my hvac license, my EPA certification, carbon monoxide inspection certification, NCI certification I work on furnaces, AC, boiler, mini-split, swamp coolers, heat pumps and humidifiers.
