First off I want to start by saying, Jason went above & beyond. I reached out for some last minute repairs that I needed on my home to be ready for closing day. Jason was extremely responsive, which is sometimes an issue with other contractors on TT. So that level of dedication and professionalism is a luxury to experience on the app. Originally, I needed Jason to complete an HVAC inspection. Not only did he communicate from beginning of project until completion, upon completion he provided a paged inspection report with pictures included. This was great because I needed the documentation to provide to the buyers. After having another contractor from the app bail on me last minute, I was able to text Jason since I had his number from the previous job. I needed a fan installed and he was able to make me an appointment within 24 hours. I made the mistake in getting the wrong fan, which wasn't an issue for Jason at all. He boxed up the wrong fan and used his own gas to drive to Lowes to purchase the correct fan. Jason is literally a professional jack of all trades. He exemplified the type of customer service that every customer wishes for.
