- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently are running 15% off any part, service or system installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call, we will gather some information to build you a portfolio, we will pick a time that works best for whatever work you are requesting, 30-45 minutes before arrival you will receive a call from the tech, once the approved work is complete we will collect a payment and ask for a 5 star review of we have earned it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified as universal for all refrigerant Master Mechanical Licensed for all residential hvac work.
