Victor did a great job finishing our kitchen backsplash. He took over after someone else left the job unfinished. My kitchen was with left with only insulation for a week. I gave Victor a call and came over that same day to see how he could help. He gave me a great price and promised to get it done ASAP. He and his partner worked very hard for three days. He takes his time and makes sure everything looks good. He will not take his pay until he has finished the job, cleaned up, and are happy with the work. He also guarantees his work for a year. Victor and his team has a strong work ethic, is very professional, and is very easy to work with. I have included pictures of before and after.

True handyman. He fixes electrical issues and installed dimmer switches. We had a leaky pipe he sealed. Our railing on our deck was kinda loose and he put in a post for support. We even discussed him fixing my fence. Mr. Victor can do it all. He is a jack-of-all-trades. If I every have any issues in my home, he will be the first person I call. Very courteous, professional, and patient. If you need a handyman, look no further.

I have used Vic and his handyman service for several jobs over the past 12 months or so. Always extremely satisfied with the quality of work he's done for me and for my clients.This job was exterior repair work on a grand old building I own in Manitou. The job needed to be coordinated with Colorado Springs Utilities to disconnect the power lines, and also involved high ladder work to remove dense vegetation. The entire day went flawlessly, right on schedule; and my tenants had their electricity back earlier than promised. The cleanup was immaculate, and all was back to normal by dinner time. Victor's Handyman Service did a fantastic job on our master bathroom! They removed old tile from our shower and around the bath. They also pulled up old carpet and linoleum and put tile in. They were great and had awesome ideas throughout the process!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, present my business card, listen to understand what work they want accomplished, put together a free price quote. I then explain what I will provide and how the work process will go from start to finish. While doing the project I continually stay in contact with my client to ensure they are getting the work they wanted. after the work is completed I do a walk around with my client to see if they have any questions on workmanship or any other issues. After they are fully satisfied I then ask for final payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold two degrees one in electronics and a bachelors in business. I have over 32 years of experience in maintenance from small projects to handling over $415 million dollars of new work projects.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Maintenance background, I enjoy working with my hands, and meeting different people.
