- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself, present my business card, listen to understand what work they want accomplished, put together a free price quote. I then explain what I will provide and how the work process will go from start to finish. While doing the project I continually stay in contact with my client to ensure they are getting the work they wanted. after the work is completed I do a walk around with my client to see if they have any questions on workmanship or any other issues. After they are fully satisfied I then ask for final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold two degrees one in electronics and a bachelors in business. I have over 32 years of experience in maintenance from small projects to handling over $415 million dollars of new work projects.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Maintenance background, I enjoy working with my hands, and meeting different people.
