Home Comfort Heating & Air LLC, is a Family operated company. Our service experience started in upstate NY in 2008 primarily providing refrigeration services to a rural dairy farm community. We relocated to Colorado in 2013, and currently still provide refrigeration/HVAC and commercial kitchen services to business owners in our community, through our commercial services division.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically discounted below competitive bids. We charge a flat diagnostic service fee of $95.00, which gets our technician to your door, and gives him enough time to give you a clear diagnosis. A minor repair not requiring parts, will incur a minimum $65.00 additional repair charge. Major repairs will be quoted based on technicians findings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome new customers and anticipate a long-term relationship, working to provide all your HVAC related needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We value continuing education, and provide opportunities for our technicians to broaden their scope of expertise with hands-on and classroom training events.
