- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically discounted below competitive bids. We charge a flat diagnostic service fee of $95.00, which gets our technician to your door, and gives him enough time to give you a clear diagnosis. A minor repair not requiring parts, will incur a minimum $65.00 additional repair charge. Major repairs will be quoted based on technicians findings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome new customers and anticipate a long-term relationship, working to provide all your HVAC related needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We value continuing education, and provide opportunities for our technicians to broaden their scope of expertise with hands-on and classroom training events.
