I had one of my torsion springs for my older garage break while in the middle of some other home projects, so I looked to thumbtack for a pro. I got a few quotes and of them, Bill's price was the lowest by a fairly large margin. He came out the following morning and assessed the situation while explaining in detail what he would need to do. All said and done, he was quick and friendly while replacing both springs, all of my rollers, and even taking the time to repair a portion of my door that was catching during the door opening. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and the quality of the work done. I am aware that this is a word of mouth industry and i will happily send anyone who needs such work to Moonlight Garage Doors.

I brought him in to assist me with my current garage motor and wanted to make it a “smart” motor (so I could open the garage for packages via app, monitor who’s in and out of the garage etc.) and he went over all the different products out there. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment for as soon as possible based on the customers needs. Once our technician arrives they thoroughly check all parts of the door/opener to assess what needs to be done and work up a written quote before doing any repairs. We offer free estimates for new door orders.
