Bill showed up right on time, and had all the parts, etc. needed to address the issues with our garage door - sensors, hinges, rollers, and cable. At each stage talked with me about what the problem was and suggested solutions; getting my ok to proceed before each next step. All done in about an hour. Would recommend to anyone who needs help with their garage door.

I had one of my torsion springs for my older garage break while in the middle of some other home projects, so I looked to thumbtack for a pro. I got a few quotes and of them, Bill's price was the lowest by a fairly large margin. He came out the following morning and assessed the situation while explaining in detail what he would need to do. All said and done, he was quick and friendly while replacing both springs, all of my rollers, and even taking the time to repair a portion of my door that was catching during the door opening. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and the quality of the work done. I am aware that this is a word of mouth industry and i will happily send anyone who needs such work to Moonlight Garage Doors.

When we reached out to Moonlight Garage Doors the response was incredibly quick and immediately helpful. We knew that a spring had sprung on our door but we also found out that the rollers and ball bearings had to be replaced to keep it running smoothly and safely. Moonlight Garage was great to work with and exactly on time with all the tools and replacement parts that were needed. We would definitely recommend him highly.

We price match and offer 10% discounts on new door/opener combos.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment for as soon as possible based on the customers needs. Once our technician arrives they thoroughly check all parts of the door/opener to assess what needs to be done and work up a written quote before doing any repairs. We offer free estimates for new door orders.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing garage door repair and service for 12 years.
