After reading Brian's positive reviews and receiving a timely response from him, I felt comfortable offering him the job.
He arrived on time, fixed our deck, replaced my screen doors, helped my husband mount our TV and moved some furniture. I think what truly sold me and inspired me to write this review was that the job that I posted was easier than he expected so he lowered his price. He could've charged me his previously quoted price or added on for helping my husband. I was impressed by his honest and integrity and will count on him the next time we need additional services.
