What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Creative Cleaning Services minimum service charge is $140.00. We offer senior and military/first responder discounts. We also offer referral discounts as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A site visit or detailed phone call to give a appropriate quote will take place. We go through our cleaning process and supplies used. Creative Cleaning Services will have you sign a service agreement that offers protection to both the company and the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Cleaners are trained on equipment and supplies we use. We also train our cleaners on taking care of our clients homes and how to report damage and document. Our cleaners are constantly updated and trained on new products and equipment that we purchase.
