Mike is an amazing coach/instructor and I would highly recommend him to anyone —- young, old, brand new or experienced to Crossfit or just working out. He is creative and detailed when it comes to coaching the fundamentals of CrossFit and proper form. His personality is stable and constant; he’s positive, happy, knowledgable, a good listener, an encourager, knows when to push and let up, a good communicator, enthusiastic, and always comes prepared for our ( my) training sessions. He has a “plan of action” usually on his phone for what we will be spending our hour doing. He’s patient and will give you his undivided attention. Overall, a terrific human being to spend an hour with to learn, get stronger, faster, and gain confidence.

Mike is a phenomenal trainer! Whether you're looking for a great workout or learning new techniques, he can do it all. I hired Mike to train me to improve my powerlifting form and I have come so far in just a few weeks. I highly recommend him!

Mike has not only been an awesome crossfit coach, but also an awesome personal trainer. I have been recovering from 2 injuries and Mike has been helping target the areas that need attention. He's helped me fix my posture, how to do the movements correctly, so i dont re-injure, and get stronger. I have learned so much with him, and what supplements I need to take. He is very motivating, uplifting, encouraging, and at the end I leave every training session feeling empowered. I highly recommend him!
