At Optimal Peaks my team and I strive to help others achieve optimal health and reach success in their individual fitness goals.
We offer in house gym training as well as online fitness coaching so no matter if you’re local to the area or anywhere else we have a program for you.
We specialize in customizing a routine for clients individually based on their needs, capabilities, and fitness levels.
Here at Optimal Peaks, our various programs will truly suit your needs. Our programs are designed to fit all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced, we have a plan for you.

Jay is a great trainer. He is very knowledgeable and he works hard to build a routine specific to you with your goals in mind. It’s clear he cares about each client. For me, my goals as a late 30s male is to be build a realistic, long-term routine meant to keep me healthy and build/keep decent upper body and core. It’s been fun building that out with Jay.

Jay was very attentive for my needs, especially considering the distance. On days where my plan wasn’t working out he was quick and adaptive in making up creative ways for me to get a work out in for my goals. Extremely happy with my results so far and lucky to continue
