At present, I work as an instructor at both the secondary and college level, and my focus is in academic and professional writing. I have a Master's degree in English from the University of Wyoming, and my professional background includes an internship on the editorial board of a Duke University Press academic journal, a position with research and instruction services at the University of Wyoming Libraries, and an adjunct professorship teaching academic writing, rhetoric, and literary studies. My experience in proofreading and copy editing is extensive; I'm able to edit for content as well as clarity, accuracy, and consistency. My knowledge of different citation styles (APA, MLA, CMS, etc.) also aids in my swift editing process.
