Bryan at Conifer Excavating is an extremely knowledgeable professional who did great work upgrading and resurfacing a shared driveway for a group of row homes in North Denver. Since there are eight owners and no HOA it took a long time for us to reach a consensus about who to hire. Bryan was very patient and went to work as soon as we asked him to proceed. The driveway had been repaired by someone else in March 2014 (cheaply) and did not hold up at all, so everyone was reluctant to have it done again. Bryan knew that to do the job properly, material with the proper size gradation needed to be used, the slopes had to be correct in order to get the proper drainage, that water needed to be added in order to get the proper compaction, and that the surface needed to be "finished" with vegetable oil. The end result is fantastic! The work was done in January 2018 and it is holding up very well! You may be able to get the job done more cheaply but you cannot get it done better and, remember, you get what you pay for! Bryan even stands by his work with a warranty!
