FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair in my pricing as it is based on thumbtacks pricing tool. Ask about veteran, first responders and healthcare worker discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to respond to your lead within 1 minute of receiving it. Competition on thumbtack is aggressive and it pushes me to bring my A game with every potential client that reaches out. My very first step is to write you a message letting you know my price and availability. If the offer is accepted, we schedule an appointment, and you pay when the work is complete. For potential customers inquiring about no contact, I send you my service agreement via DocuSign, set an appointment, I call you when I arrive on site, and I can go back to my car to process a credit card payment over the phone, or you can leave cash or check under your door mat. I will waive from the curb. 👋🏽
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained a lot of experience in this industry and have had the opportunity of speaking to thousands of professionals around the country about how they conduct business, I have been in the insurance industry and I am very familiar with insurance laws, I have been in storm restoration where my insurance knowledge allowed me to efficiently indemnify my clients while also gaining project management experience. I have also taken a course through SVG University led by Anthony Delmedico, who is an industry leader when it comes to storm restoration.
