I have been using this service for over 2 years now. Nelli has been so very easy to work with. She has been very understanding when I have had to cancel or reschedule due to my many medical issues. I have been able to keep the same 2 people since the beginning unless they have been ill or on vacation. This is GREAT since they know my home and what extras they have done for me each time. I needed a last minute semi complicated clean and reached out around 7:30am to multiple companies, with low expectations of finding someone. Nelly responded almost immediately and had her team here by 9:30am same day and then came back the following day to finish the job with a quickness that blew my mind.
