I have been using this service for over 2 years now. Nelli has been so very easy to work with. She has been very understanding when I have had to cancel or reschedule due to my many medical issues. I have been able to keep the same 2 people since the beginning unless they have been ill or on vacation. This is GREAT since they know my home and what extras they have done for me each time. They knew how to clean my house. They were patient and accommodating my needs. I felt comfortable letting them clean my new hardwood floor. They took the time to clean and didn’t rush. I will let them clean my house every month. I will have more gentle and pet safe products for them to use.
