I have been using this service for over 2 years now. Nelli has been so very easy to work with. She has been very understanding when I have had to cancel or reschedule due to my many medical issues. I have been able to keep the same 2 people since the beginning unless they have been ill or on vacation. This is GREAT since they know my home and what extras they have done for me each time.
