I cannot recommend Gloria enough! As the first closing customer for her new company, we were lucky to have her as our agent. Gloria is an amazing person and so great at what she does. We are very happy that we made the decision to move forward with her as our agent to sell our house and purchase our new home. I was searching for an agent to sell my aging mother's home of 20+ years. It was evident from the first time we spoke on the phone and including our first meeting at my mother's house that she possessed the qualities we were searching for in an agent. Gloria is kind, empathetic, understanding of the situation, patient, knowledgeable, out-going, hard working, has years of experience, is very professional, and above all is a fantastic communicator. She made my mom feel at ease with the process, which was a big load off for my sister and I. She was able to connect with us all, collectively, but also individually regarding every aspect of the selling process up to and including the closing. Her marketing and photography is outstanding-- even better than some luxury agencies I have employed in the past! Gloria always went the extra mile to keep us informed and assist wherever/whenever needed. She had the house under contract within a few weeks with a strong buyer and we closed on time and in the place of our choosing (she facilitated to make it easy on my mother; once again, her kindness shines through!).
