Hello and welcome! I'm currently only taking on commercial and public art mural projects of 100 sq. ft. or larger. Site visits: (if needed - direct photos/sq. ft. can work!) $100 site visit to Denver and surrounding areas (applied toward total cost) FREE site visit to Colorado Springs, Pueblo and surrounding areas Price minimums: $2000 minimum price for murals of all sizes. Pricing: My rates generally range from $20 to $40+ per square foot, depending on factors such as complexity, wall texture, and whether the mural is indoors or outdoors. Additional costs, like travel or lift rentals, are priced separately if required. Providing a budget range helps determine the level of detail and materials best suited for your mural. I'm a custom muralist and lifelong artist. I'll work with you to ensure your vision comes to life! Tell me your style and I'll design bespoke artwork for your business, home, or other art project. Logos, photo op art, lettering, nurseries, daycares, window painting - whatever the setting or circumstance, we can transform your space! Note that I typically need at least 1-2 weeks and up to 3-4+ weeks in advance for scheduling projects as it takes time to create digital designs and obtain supplies and equipment. Please check out photos of past work examples before reaching out. :) If you have a budget for your project, please let me know and I will try to accommodate with different options ($2000 minimum per mural of any size). Mural painting process: I like to start with a phone or Zoom call to discuss starting points for what you're looking for - colors, subject, style or brand. Let me know what your wall or surface is like: texture, size, height, indoor/outdoor, etc. After I have your ideas in mind, I will create a Pinterest board with images to share with you as a starting point. Once we know the direction we'll likely go in, I will put together a quote for you. Within the quote I'll include 2-3 options with differing complexity, colors or concepts for you to choose from! Once the quote is approved and deposit is paid, it’s time to start the design process! I ask for a $300 deposit for design sketches as a great design is the groundwork for a beautiful mural. For the design sketches, I will incorporate concepts from the Pinterest or mood board and ideas you've expressed to me to create something incredible for you and your space. You will be provided 2-3 design options with 2 rounds of revisions based on your input if needed. I will then create mock-ups of the mural using photos taken at the site visit so that you will have a clear visual of the completed artwork on your wall. Now it's time for installation day! After acquiring paints and materials, finalizing the design and setting up equipment as needed, we will bring your mural to life! As much as possible, we will schedule painting according to your needs or business hours. I generally request a deposit of 25-50% the total cost to acquire materials and begin the project. The remaining 50-75% is due upon completion of the artwork. **Note: additional factors that may impact the price quote include mural scale and accessibility of the site, such as wall height, ceilings or obstacles requiring work-arounds; wall texture, such as stucco, rough concrete or brick; percentage of the wall to be painted; and location/travel distance. These factors can increase the amount of time, paint and/or equipment needed for projects. **Travel expenses, paint and supplies are generally included in pricing per square foot. If scaffolding, boom/scissor lifts or other equipment other than ladders need to be rented, this will be priced out separately from the mural bid. Although usually unnecessary, a UV conservation grade/anti-graffiti coating may be applied by request for an additional charge. Other options include painting the mural on polytab mural cloth, plywood or panels, or hand-painted wallpaper, which can be then installed at your location, indoors or outdoors (for polytab or panels). This could be a good option if you have a space or surface making in-person painting difficult.
