My name is Robin. I am owner/operator of High Caliber Woodworks LLC. I have been in business for myself since July 2018. I specialize in custom furniture and cabinet builds including live edge. If you want a clean cut and trustworthy individual that will treat your home like his own. I'm the carpenter you've been looking for. Please be aware that custom work is not cheap. It’s not something that comes out of the factory hourly by a machine. It is quality work with quality materials. I just want to make sure that my customers understand that custom work cost extra. I have references that I can give out of people that I have done work for previously. I don’t want to sound rude I have just gotten quite a few shocked potential customers lately and estimates take time. Please consider this.

Simply put, Robin was excellent to work with and did top-notch work. There are some people who are just driven to do good work, and Robin is one of those people. Not only did he assemble and install the cabinets and finish pieces, he also fixed some drawers on the existing cabinets. I am both knowledgeable and picky about these things, and I can 100% recommend Robin and his work - use with confidence!!

We needed someone to finish up some crown molding around our modern cabinets as well as install a stainless steel toe kick. Robin was great to work with, super responsive on our original request was able to come give us a quote same day. He even came back out a second time after the original install when we realized we had not ordered enough of the toe kick for the whole kitchen! Wish we had found him earlier on in our kitchen remodel project probably would have gone a lot smoother. Definitely will reach back out if we have any other projects in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I charge by the hour. For base and door casing I charge by linear foot. If I do the entire house I offer a 10% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like to meet the customer and see the project not only so that I can estimate the job but also so that the customer can get a feel for me. I feel that the customer needs to feel comfortable with who they let in their house and the best way to do that is to meet face to face.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 6+ years of experience with interior construction and began to learn basics before I was able to drive.
