- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I try and set up a time to walk through the project with a new customer. This allows me to get a clear idea of what they want to achieve with the project. After I gather the information I will present a precise bid for you to approve.

I have a strong background in customer service and public relations. This has given me the skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
