When a different company told us we needed a brand new waterheater (even though ours was only 3 years old), we decided to get another opinion. So we asked Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for their help. So often we experience disappointment when calling a service business for a problem. Not this time: phone answered professionally, tech came out promptly in a logoed truck and dressed in a uniform. He diagnosed the problem and explained how much it would be to repair. Then he fixed it. Seems so simple but is actually quite rare these days.
