I'm a structural engineer and am working on a set of buildings/covered parking in my yard, requiring slab on grade, a continuous spread footing, and a stem/retaining wall. I&B came by and walked the project with me and I immediately could tell they would be great to work with and they understood the scope immediately and could execute on the plans and details I gave them. They were also priced well for the work and asked great questions about getting the work done, and they had availability within the week. The work went perfectly with only some minor delays due to weather and the finished product came out EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend them for concrete work.

I'm thrilled with the results! The old cement around my house was in bad shape—cracked, uneven, and always holding water. Being the lowest property in the neighborhood, we often end up with water from all our neighbors pooling in our yard. I discussed my concerns with Brian, and together we found the perfect solution. Not only does my new concrete look fantastic, but it also addresses my water drainage issues significantly. Brian and his team were great to work with. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, worked efficiently, were respectful of my property, and were incredibly kind. I highly recommend their services!
