- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very reasonable and competitive. We pass on paint discount on to our clients, trying to help them come in on budget. We like having our customers call us back.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting new people and asking lots of questions. We will come look at the job and talk with the client about what they foresee happening. We will make sure we are on the same page with all aspects of the job before we leave. We write up a bid and summit it to our client. Upon their approval we will start the job when agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michael's experties is on a level that has allowed him to be teaching others for about seven years. He has been a professional painter for over 25 years incorporating a diverse skill set. He has owned Grandpa's Way Painting for 12 years and recently brought Jennifer on as a partner. Jen had two college degrees in unrelated fields. Jennifer has several degrees, has owned a landscaping and lawn care business, and her own home. She brings another perspective to the job.
