My name is Kyle Beatty, I am the owner and operator of KDR, LLC. Here at KDR, LLC. We are licensed, insured, and bonded. I am licensed GC and so is my business partner. All of our subcontractor are masters of their trade. I personally have over 14 years of experience in construction. We pull permits, Organize Trades, Mange and order materials. We are responsible for every project. We communicate to all cities and county's. We respect all codes and we have all permitted work inspected. We are here to make your projects less stressful. I have independently started this company 5 years ago, During 2020 and I specialize personally in Framing, Drywall and Paint, but I am not limited to just that. Now i specialize in Basement finish and Home remodeling of any kind. I am ambitious, Driven and motivated. I do this all for not just me but for my wife and kids. I'm building a better future for us and showing my kids and the rest of the world that anything is possible. I would like you to be a part of that!
